About the wine
With this distinctive Grenache 2011 — Coto de Hayas Reserva, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Aragonesas has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and refinement are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the beautiful Somontano countryside. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this grenache with burgers with blue cheese or spicy dishes.

Tasting note
The bouquet is characterized by a subtle complexity. It is characterized by fruit aromas (raspberry, plum, cassis) and fine perfume notes (rose). This is accompanied by typical aging aromas, which are reminiscent of tobacco, liquorice and coffee. Juicy tannins, integrated fruit acids and the dense structure are the characteristics of this sustainable red wine of the Reserva quality level. The ripe grapes and the well-dosed ageing in barriques give this harmonious, powerful wine a very modern touch that is immediately appealing.
Culinary recommendation
Pass with sweet and sour, turkey, breaded pork schnitzel, and french fries.
Vinification
Aged for 15 months in barriques (American oak), then aged in the bottle for a further 24 months
