Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this powerful Shiraz 2019 — Crozes Hermitage AC Domaine de Roure. The winemaker from the French winery Paul Jaboulet Aîné greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside of the Côtes du Rhône. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this shiraz with game or barbecue.

Tasting note
On the nose, red berries, currants, floral notes and roasted aromas. Powerful on the palate, dense, strong tannins and an enormous length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, game and lamb.
Vinification
The pure Syrah is picked by hand in small boxes. 4 weeks of extraction and aging in 20% new French oak barrels.
