Tasting note
Bright straw yellow with slightly greenish reflections. Fine perlage, inviting bouquet with clear fruit notes that blend harmoniously with the aromas of yeast and bread crust. Extremely fresh on the palate, with a rich aroma palette, pleasantly dry and persistent in the finish and finish. Cuvée Zero is ideal as an aperitif, but also ideally accompanies fish, crustaceans or poultry.
