Tasting note
Delicately rosé, vivid and brilliantly bright. The taste is stimulating and extremely individual and contains the essence of sophisticated and modern femininity: decisive and irresistible. A unique bouquet of its kind. The wine is allowed enough time to mature so that it can offer a world-class taste to the most demanding palates.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with a stylish aperitif, but above all as a special accompaniment to an unforgettable culinary experience.
Vinification
The first fermentation takes place partly in barriques and in stainless steel. The second fermentation takes place in the classic bottle, as intended for Trentodoc. The wine then ages on the yeasts for at least 48 months to achieve an elegance that is only possible through this noble method. The dosage is minimal so as not to impair the natural properties, which result from the extremely favourable environmental conditions in Trentino, the long maturing period and particularly careful, artisanal processing.
