Tasting note
This wine, full of splendor and size, is racy and balanced. There are pear notes, mouthwashing citrus and candy aromas, backed by floral and mineral accents. His body is full and well-structured. Very vif in the mouth, curling, fine carbonic acid, nice melting, fresh-appetizing finish.
Culinary recommendation
