About the wine
With this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 — Estoras Cuvée Rot Burgenland Qualitätswein, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Picturesque landscapes of Burgenland give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Austrian winery Esterhazy conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with Gruyère burgers or ribeye steak.
Tasting note
Color: Rich dark red, with garnet red reflections, colourtight. Aroma: Intense, dark-berry nose typical of the variety, fine spice of cedarwood and tobacco, subtly incorporated liquorice notes. Body: Substance, soft drink, fresh and elegant on the palate, finely woven tannins, nice structure, spicy and herbaceous finish. Quality: Elegant wine with a soft coating and good structure - a beautiful representative of a great vintage.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with beef, venison, lamb, duck, braised or grilled and stuffed peppers.

12 months in barriques and 6 months in large wooden barrels
