Tasting note
In the glass, it is characterized by a lively shine and a lively and fine perlage. Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Rich, elegant, with notes of almond, honey and jasmine. Strong and fresh on the palate, great personality and structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with main fish courses, crustaceans and truffle risotto.
Vinification
The Franciacorta Riserva is made from a selection of Pinot Noir grapes and meets important quality criteria: that is why it is produced in small quantities and only in the best vintages, through careful vinification and a refinement on the lees of more than a hundred months.
