About the wine
With this present Gewürztraminer 2016 — Gewurztraminer d'Alsace AC, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The wine-growing regions of the French winery Domaine Albert Mann extend across the landscapes of Alsace, where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Gewürztraminer is ideal to serve with crab dishes or lobster.
Tasting note
The golden yellow brilliant Gewürztraminer impresses with a wide range of aromas of candied fruit, grapefruit, lychee, passion fruit as well as spicy and floral notes of curry, clove and rose. A magnificent and complex wine with depth and liveliness — a prime example of a Gewürztraminer.

Vinification
The two brothers work according to a biodynamic concept and refrain from using chemicals in the vineyard and industrial ovens in the cellar. Their white wines also do not use wood at all. All work in the vineyard is done by hand, and the plots laid out in terraces are even ploughed with horses.
