Tasting note
Medium yellow-green. Inviting, fruity bouquet, yellow apple, a hint of apricot, fine tobacco nuances, some orange zest. Juicy, fresh pear, good complexity, harmoniously woven acid structure, sticks well, pleasant fruit sweetness on the finish, mineral aftertaste, very good development potential.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with starters and light dishes, fish and crustaceans and as an aperitif.
