Tasting note
Medium yellow green. Yellow tropical fruit underlaid with a little blossom honey, apple nuances, candied orange zest, floral touch. Good complexity, powerful, integrated acid structure, fine minerality, sweet extract of mango and pineapple on the finish, sticks well, good ripening potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters, terrines and pies, fish and seafood, Asian dishes as well as art and soft cheeses.
