Yinchuan, Ningxia Chinese wine? Yes, (Jiu)! If you believe the predictions of wine experts, China will be the next trend country. Changyu is the oldest and largest “château” in the country and was able to bring Austrian top winemaker Laurenz Maria Moser on board as a consultant. This means that all gates are now definitely open to the west.
Tasting note
The Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir shows a beautiful light yellow with a hint of pink. A fresh white wine with notes of raspberries and juicy vineyard peach as well as fine creaminess with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes particularly well with seafood. It is an elegant accompaniment to fish dishes, especially fish barbecues.
