About the wine
Swiss wine critic Chandra Kurt wants to make old Swiss grape varieties better known. That's why she launched the Chandra Kurt Collection with the Provins cooperative. Humagne Rouge, for example: In the 1960s, the “Alpine grape” was threatened with extinction, but today it thrives again on around 130 hectares.
Tasting note
