About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery La Giaretta has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and beautiful countryside of Veneto. We have a special, strong Corvina from 2011 for you, which inspires many wine connoisseurs. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Corvina with roasts or hearty meat dishes.
Tasting note
A potpourri of fresh and sweet, dark fruits flows out of the glass. The fascinatingly stimulating fruit aromas are rounded off by spicy components to form a whole; on the palate, despite its enormous richness, the wine looks playful and perfectly balanced until the almost infinitely long finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, beef and lamb meat dishes, and spicy cheese.
Vinification
Only the best grapes are selected and dried on grids until January. This top Amarone is only pressed in the best vines and is only bottled after 3 years of storage.
