Emiliano Falsini is one of Italy's most successful oenologists. Numerous producers supervised by him regularly receive awards for their wines. But what particularly distinguishes his work is his careful examination of the respective circumstances. The aim is always to achieve maximum quality, but every region, every winemaker and every vineyard requires different measures to achieve this. For its own wines, Emiliano Falsini has selected two growing areas that could not be more contrasting. On the one hand, archaic Sicily, on Etna, where the original town of Nerello Mascalese is the measure of all things. In contrast, there is the Bolgheri area, which represents modern Tuscany and international vineyards serve as the basis for the wines.
