Blooming and fertile landscapes in Baden give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the German Weingut Am Klotz conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. You will certainly have a lot of fun with the fine Isteiner Gutedel Deutscher Qualitätswein, which was produced in 2020.

Tasting note
Kräftig-fruchtige Nase mit starken Feuersteinaromen. Am Gaumen präzis aber mit Körper, sehr mineralisch und lang anhaltend.
Culinary recommendation
Passt zu Gemüse- oder Fischterrinen, zu würzigen Vorspeisen und zu cremigen Suppen.
Vinification
Handlese, Fermentation mit natürlichen Hefen. Der Wein lag für ein Jahr ungeschwefelt im großen Holzfass, anschließend noch sechs Monate auf der Feinhefe im Edelstahl.
