It is particularly good with sweet dishes, but it also makes a good trap with cheese.

The grapes are harvested by hand and with careful selection of the best grapes. After that, the boxes with the grapes are laid out to dry. Drying takes place naturally on the ground under the canopy of the wine cellar. No air conditioning or dehumidification required. The grapes are constantly checked during the drying process. Grapes that develop traces of mold are immediately removed. When the desired degree of drying is reached, the grapes are gently pressed and vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks. When the wine has reached the optimum levels of alcohol content and sugar content, the fermentation is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine. After a short maturation period in a wooden vat, the finished lume is bottled.
