Tasting note
Straw yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet is fruity and intense, with notes of nutmeg, honey and flowers. Well structured on the palate with a nice balance. The acidity is pleasant and gives a wonderful freshness. The finale is long.

Goes well with desserts, Indian cuisine, sweet and sour dishes.
Vinification
The grapes are dried for about a month in a well-ventilated cellar, refrigerated fermentation in steel tanks and aged for three months in the bottle
