About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of Burgenland give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Austrian Weingut Kloster am Spitz conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. We have a special, dominant Chardonnay from 2015 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Chardonnay can be served very well with poultry or soft cheese.
Tasting note
A rich green-yellow in the glass, fully ripe pears, bananas and manderines on the nose. On the palate, some anise, full-bodied and creamy. Beautiful mineral backbone.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled flesich with a roast chicken, roasted duck breast with polenta. Grilled seafood as well as matured soft and hard cheeses.
