About the wine
La Plantze was born in Montagnine in an old abandoned vineyard of about one hectare. Especially when working between the 80-year-old vines, the owner Henri was told in 2013: “You won't get anything from these vines! “Patience is the virtue of the strong, and the answer was strong and patient: “Fa Nagòtt!” or “Don't worry!” Because the wait is worth the price, and that's how the wine was created with lots of body, structure and elegance.

Tasting note
Bright ruby red. Nose: ripe red fruits, which then open up to spicy notes, up to a hint of graphite. On the palate: excellent persistence. It is a fresh and tannic wine
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat dishes, game.
Vinification
Vineyards are grown at 750-800 meters above sea level on a single plot in the municipality of Saint Pierre in the Montagnine area. Maceration and fermentation take 25 days in steel, while the refinement takes place in batonnage barriques. It is bottled without filtration.
