Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the beautiful and sunny landscape of Vaud. Die dominanten Noten von Grapefruit, Honig und Limette gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Leichter Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den Weisswein, welcher im Mund viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt. Dieser Top-Wein bekam den Preis: Mondial du Chasselas: Gold.

Vinification
Manual harvesting, drying the fully ripe and healthy grapes for several weeks (up to a sugar content of around 150°), fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging for 12 months in French barriques
