About the wine
To get a feel for the hilly and mountainous landscape aesthetics of Valais, there is no way around this white wine, which the Swiss winery Joseph Gattlen masters with a fine sense of texture. You will definitely enjoy the delicious Paien/Heida du Valais AOC, which was produced in 2016.

Tasting note
In the glass, a beautiful yellow color with slightly greenish reflections. In the bouquet with exotic fruit aromas such as pineapple, plus slightly buttery and modern notes. The body is endowed with a subtle acidity and a nice abundance.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for salmon dishes, pretzel sticks and aperitifs. Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 10°-12°C. The recommended enjoyment phase of this wine is in the following period: 1-4 years.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed. The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks for around half a year.
