About the wine
Blooming and fertile landscapes in Sicily give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Tenute Orestiadi conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. With the special Perricone IGP from 2015, you will positively surprise your friends.

Tasting note
Eye: intense purple; nose: bouquet of red berries, black pepper and Mediterranean herbs, elegant and fruity Palate: soft and balanced, long-lasting
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fresh cheese, macaroni with pork ragù, lamb chops, vegetable rolls
Vinification
The grapes are carefully destemmed so as not to damage the skin. Fermentation is carried out at 24 — 26°. The wine is stored for about 1 year in steel tanks, later in the bottle, until it is sold. Acidity 6 g/l, residual sugar 10 g/l.
