Tasting note
Already on the nose, an intense aroma is revealed, which is able to continue on the palate. A combination of fruit aromas, greenish, mineral notes and fine yeast tones, but also of honey, sage and other herbs and spices is presented in the glass. On the palate, it impresses with its full body and the right amount of fruit structure, which lasts a long time on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with amuse-bouche, hors d'oeuvre, egg starters, Asian cuisine, fish dishes and vegetarian dishes.
