Vinification
The Pinot Grigio 'Pullus' comes from varied geological soil composition, especially gravel and clay, with the lower layers covered with a marl layer. The vineyards extend over the hills (hillside) of the best wine-growing areas in the vicinity of Ptuj, Styria. The grapes for this wine are managed with environmentally friendly integrated cultivation, which is strictly controlled by the agronomic advisory service and enology of Ptujska klet d.o.o. The color of the grape variety received a rosy copper note, which is one of the varietal characteristics of the overripe macerated Pinot Gris. The aroma nuances of the bouquet are reminiscent of ripe pears and overripe melons. The intense bouquet typical of the variety gives the wine a full-bodied finish. The particular creamy finish, which is typical of the wines matured on wine yeast, harmoniously rounds off the pleasant aroma and taste of the wine. Acidity 5.7 g/l; dry extract 26 g/l.
