This dominant Pinot Noir 2018 — Pinot Nero Turmhof crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Pinot Noir is very good to serve with cheese or salmon.
Tasting note
This Blauburgunder is ruby red with a garnet red glow and a subtle bouquet of blackberries, raspberries and cherries. It has youthful strength and race, is soft and full-bodied as well as balanced and elegant on the palate.

Vinification
After mash fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the acid is broken down biologically and aged for eight months in large and small wooden barrels.
