Tasting note
Dark ruby red with violet reflections. On the nose, cherries, red berries and plums. Elegant and very promising. Juicy and structured on the palate, with noticeable tannins. Dry and spicy-fresh on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Easy to pair with pizza, pasta and risotto.
Vinification
After pressing, the Montepulciano grapes are immediately fermented in stainless steel tanks. After vinification, the young wine matures in the same containers and is then bottled.
