About the wine

With the delicious Pouilly-Fuisse AOC Henri de Villamont from 2015, you will positively surprise your guests. It draws its strength and energy from the gritty, sloping soils in Burgundy. The winemaker from the French winery Henri Villamont transforms it into a real treat with a lot of emotion.

Tasting note
Light color, with golden-green tones. Intense fruit, which is reminiscent of limes and melons. Slightly spicy. Rich, well-structured, lots of race and finesse.
Vinification
The berries are destemmed and crushed. Mash fermentation generally takes place between 20 - 25° C.
