About the wine
The Le Contesse winegrowing company is located in the province of Treviso at the foot of Conegliano - Valdobbiadene, the classic Prosecco growing region. Wines and sparkling wines have been produced there since the 1970s, but their particular attention is undoubtedly paid to prosecco.
Tasting note
Pure bouquet with aromas of fresh apples and subtle grassy notes. The lively perlage gives the wine a crisp freshness. A tasty prosecco with a pleasantly dry finish.
Culinary recommendation
A versatile prosecco: both as an aperitif wine, with light starters or after dinner with sweet pastries.
Vinification
The vinification takes place en blanc, the expansion takes place in stainless steel pressure vessels.
