Tasting note
Strong ruby red. The bouquet oscillates between delicate fruit and herbal freshness, increases in volume and becomes more compact. The body is soft and rounded, tannins and acid remain in the background and leave the smooth cocoa notes

Goes well with lamb, game, beef, Mediterranean cuisine, stew
Vinification
Manual harvesting and grape selection, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, fermentation with own yeast at a controlled temperature (25 - 28 °C) in granite tanks. Extraction using feet and pressing. Aging for nine months in used French egg barrels
