About the wine
We have a special, mild white wine from 2018 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Fertile and blooming landscapes in Sicily give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Colomba Bianca conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This grillo is excellent to serve with rice dishes or vegetable buffers.
Tasting note
Brilliant lemon yellow, iridescent light grey reflections. Tropical bouquet, ripe white peaches, fresh citrus, fine scent of white flowers, notes of ice candy, subtly earthy, wet forest floor and clematis. Hearty, lively first drink, medium-bodied, creamy texture on the palate, dense, sweet-looking aromas, lively, fresh acidity. Wonderfully fresh with an endless aftertaste and great harmony.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with vitello tonnato, Viennese Schmitzel, chicken, creamy soups, from fish to potato soup and fish dishes.
