About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of the Moselle-Saar-Ruwer area give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the German winery Kirsten conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. This biting white wine 2017 — Riesling BK crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Riesling with Indian cuisine or Asian food.

Vinification
The grapes all come from the best location Klüsserath Brotherhood with approx. 40 years old vines. The grapes are harvested by hand at selection level and gently brought to the winery. Gently processed there and fermented with wild yeasts in barriques. The wine is then stored in the wood for approx. 6 months until it is bottled. This wine is a rarity, as there are few producers who bottle a Riesling in the style of a Sauternes.
