Tasting note
Clear medium density garnet red. Aromatic on the nose, notes of very ripe fruits and dried fruits, rum pot, licorice. Balanced structure on the palate with velvety tannins, full-bodied, warm and melty. Dense and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb, veal, game and hard cheese.
