About the wine
Blooming and fertile landscapes in Veneto give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Benedetti conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The dominant Corvina 2010 — Ripasso da Recioto Blue Label DOC Croce del Gal is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Corvina is excellent to serve with roasts or recent types of cheese.
Tasting note
This Ripasso is made from our best and oldest vines. All are already over 50 years old. Fermentation takes place on the grape skins of the Reciotos. This Ripasso is only produced in limited numbers. The grapes are collected by hand at the beginning of October and dried until the end of March.
