Tasting note
A medium, dark dusky pink in the glass. On the nose, lychees and rose hip tea. On the palate, cranberries with a fine perlage. Firm strong body elegant length. Prefer large glasses.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect aperitif, goes well with cream cheese, seafood and canapes. It is also wonderfully suitable to accompany an entire menu.
Vinification
12 months on Feinhelfe and traditional bottle fermentation. No addition of dosage and sulfur.
