Tasting note
Intense, aromatic nose with aromas of red apple, red cherries, raspberry, cotton candy and watermelon. The juicy acidity refreshes the palate. A subtle minerality provides additional texture and length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, seafood, asparagus and fresh salads.
Vinification
Cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the primary fruit flavors.
