Tasting note
Bright yellow-green, silver reflections. Inviting mango scent, delicate blossom honey nuances, a touch of ripe peach, some orange zest. Juicy, mineral, fine extract sweetness, elegant, passion fruit nuances on the finish, delicately spicy and salty in the aftertaste, good accompaniment to food.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cold appetizers or warm ones with freshwater fish. It also goes very well with summer apero, with raw ham and burrata.
