About the wine
With the special Santorini Boutari Protected Designation of Santorini from 2020, you will pleasantly surprise your friends. The winemaker from the Greek winery Boutari grows this wine in the countryside.
Tasting note
Bright yellow color with aromas of exotic fruits and citrus fruits, green apple, peach and grapefruit. A refined wine, spicy, with an intense metallic character, a rich body, a wonderfully balanced taste and a long and strong aromatic aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Trinken Sie diesen Weisswein bei leicht gekühlten 10°-12°C. Im folgenden Zeitraum liegt die empfohlene Genussphase dieses Weins: Geeignet zum Lagern.
Vinification
Cool the incoming grapes at 10° C, hand picking, selection by hand for optimal quality, crushing and separation, pressing, part of the production is cold soaked, transferred to fermenter, yeast removed at a very low temperature to achieve optimal clarity, alcoholic fermentation at 14° C - 18° C to achieve primary and secondary aromas, stir in stainless steel tanks and yeast.
