About the wine
The provocative white wine 2016 — Sauvignon Blanc Les deux Tours "Touraine" AC is the missing piece of the puzzle in your wine rack. Picturesque and sunny landscapes of the Loire give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Baron Patrick de Ladoucette conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Sauvignon Blanc with Geisskäse or white meat.
Tasting note
Bright golden gown with beautiful brilliance and green reflections. On the nose, intense scent of white fruit flesh such as pear, vineyard peach and citrus, complemented by floral notes reminiscent of broom. Round on the palate with nice freshness and the recurring aromas of white and yellow fruits.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, crustaceans, cheese, seafood
Vinification
Fermentation at low temperature and aging on yeast in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
