About the wine
Crossed by H. Müller-Thurgau in Geisenheim, the variety was selected and distributed at the Wädenswil Research Institute. Thanks to today's genome analysis, we know that it is not the Riesling - Sylvaner cross, but Riesling - Gutedel (Chasselas). A fresh Müller-Thurgau built in stainless steel tanks, ideal for an aperitif or on the terrace in summer as a cool treat.
1 - 3 years after harvest
Tasting note
Clear greenish yellow. Fresh fruit aromas with hints of green apples and lemons. Racy at the start, soft, with a pleasant acidity.
Culinary recommendation
An ideal aperitif wine. It goes particularly well with local fish dishes, chicken breast, vitello tonnato or creamy soft cheese.
Vinification
It was removed in stainless steel tanks.
