About the wine
Sirius is a Sichel brand. The first vintage was the 1985, which was launched back then under the name “Le Bordeaux Prestige”. It was so well received that they were inspired by the New World and created the name Sirius; it is now known throughout Europe and has become a very successful brand.

Tasting note
Subtle barrique note with a fine citrus note and exotic fruit components (passion fruit, mango). On the palate, fresh breed, concentrated, with harmonious finesse.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cheese or shrimp snacks, an entrée with the finest smoked salmon, fish, seafood, chicken breasts or veal.
