Tasting note
Finely fruity wine with a background of floral aromas. Elegant bouquet with a touch of exoticism and melons. On the palate, the wine shows a very balanced fruit/acid balance with a wonderful juiciness.

Vinification
Fermentation of the de-stelled mash at 18°. In chrome steel tanks for approx. 6 months.
