The intense scent of the 100% natural Mourvèdre cuvée is reminiscent of spices and black currants. At the same time, however, we also recognize notes of raspberries and some blood orange. The longer thyrsus is in the glass, the more complex its aroma is, which is why we recommend decanting the wine. This rosé is extremely complex and, in our opinion, is a great food companion and can easily replace a red wine at the table.
