Tasting note
This wine explodes with fruit. Apricot, mirabelle, peach, citrus, flower meadow, honey, exotic fruits and wild cherry are just some of the aromas that flow towards us. The taste of this drop changes permanently and shows a wonderful balance of sweetness and slightly underlaid acidity. A strong minerality leads to an animating finale with a delicate sweet melt. It's just a pity that very few bottles of this elixir are produced. It Hett Solang S'Hett!”

Vinification
The grapes for this Riesling grow on the steepest slopes of the Trittenheimer Apotheke. It is not uncommon for roping to be necessary during the work steps in the vineyard. Of course, the harvest is done by hand. The grapes for this selection are harvested for the dry wines before the normal harvest. The grapes affected by noble rot and very sugary are selected and vinified separately. The result is a special class Riesling with little alcohol and a wonderful residual sweetness.
