About the wine

Authentic natural wine (amber wine) produced strictly without additives and filtration from a family business, vinified using 8000 years of Georgian methods in a clay vessel (Qvevri) using mash fermentation.

Tasting note
Smells and tastes like apples. The tannins are pronounced but well integrated. Due to natural wine production (unfiltered), this wine has a slight turbidity. One of the typical examples of Kachetian amber wine.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with all aromatic vegetable and meat dishes, but also with exotic cuisine and cheese.
