The story of this sparkling wine from Val di Luna begins before the harvest with the selection of suitable vineyards in order to obtain the best quality grapes. The grapes must be healthy and properly ripe and have a medium sugar content. They are picked by hand and brought to the winery in small boxes. The further processing of the grapes then begins immediately. The result is a pale pink sparkling wine with yellowish reflections reminiscent of onion peel. The bouquet is elegant and complex with notes of toasted bread and fruit. The taste is juicy and has a subtle vanilla note on the finish. The finale then had a great structure and length.
