Tasting note
A powerful wine made from 50% Sangiovese, 40% Syrah and 10% Montepulciano grapes. After the mash fermentation, the wine is drawn off and stored in oak barrels for 12 months for refinement. The wine has a dark color that shows beautiful purple reflections. The palate has a peppery rabarb note that is dense, well structured with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Parmesan, tagliatelle alla Bolognese and sausages.
