Tasting note
A wine of harmonious balance and finesse, with a ripe and rich bouquet that reflects the warmth of the vintage. On the palate, it is generous and voluminous with a nice acidity and salty tension. Thanks to a high pressing cycle, the wine has a nice depth with a flush phenolic frame. Pleasantly intense aromas of ripe peach, accompanied by fine notes of moist grass. The high quality of the wine is reflected in the complex and concentrated taste and elegant aroma. The high acidity and oily texture make the wine very accessible.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the organic white wine is a slightly chilled 10°-12°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2015. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with duck, Indian cuisine and mushrooms.
Vinification
Slow pressing of the whole grapes, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with local yeasts, aging on yeast in oak barrels for 16 months before bottling.
