Tasting note
Ruby red with purple reflections. Aroma: The nose is dominated by an inviting bouquet of dark berries, accompanied by a touch of cedarwood. Rich and round on the palate with a pleasant structure and minerality. Long-lasting aftertaste.

Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation. Ageing in French barriques for 4 months.
