About the wine
The Ricasolis were the first noble family to grow wine in Tuscany. To this day, the noble clan is also one of the most successful producers in the region. Baron Bettino Ricasoli is also considered the inventor of the Chianti Classico recipe, as it continues to this day

Tasting note
It will be remembered: its dense ruby red gives every occasion an extravagant touch. Castello di Brolio Gran Selezione's refreshing bouquet of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows a complex aroma character and lots of pleasure potential. The dominant notes of black cherry, black plum and black pepper create their individual texture. Strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which harmoniously shows a lot of character and class with fine tannins in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, game, lamb
