About the wine

Tasting note
Serve it between 12 and 14°C, it should be aired or carafed before tasting. Grenouille's Grand Cru shows notes of spring meadow flowers, white fruits and kiwi. It is medium to full bodied, textured and enveloping, with a deep and voluminous core of fruit, ripe but racy acids and a long, mineral finish. Perfect harmony between aromatic complexity and minerality!
Culinary recommendation
Zu Trüffel, Fisch mit Kräutern und Geflügel empfehlen Ihnen die Flaschenpöstler diesen Chablis Grenouilles Grand cru AC.
Vinification
The rare and legendary Grenouille is the smallest Grand Cru in Chablis. The plot is located at the top of the slope, has healthy soil and is ideal for ploughing. The wines of Grenouilles offer a mix of power and finesse and are always full of surprises!! No added yeast, long fermentation in temperature-controlled barrels. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation, maturation time of at least 18 months. In stainless steel tanks, with as little handling as possible. Long moderately cold stabilization. Fining with bentonite, if necessary, before bottling, the wine is gently filtered once.
